- Enjoy an authentic Western barbeque dinner from Newton’s BBQ,
- Learn the latest line dances with line dance instructor Stephanie Tippie of Muddy Boots Line Dancing,
- See the Christian artwork of Richard Hight drawn live before your eyes,
- Ride horses and feed cows, donkeys, goats, sheep, baby pigs, turtles, chickens and more in YouthWorks Ranch’s petting zoo.
- Ride a mechanical bull and play a host of ranch games,
- Bid on dozens of exciting family adventures through our live auction led by
- Real-life cowboy auctioneer OK Corralis.
What is this event?
The purpose of this event is to help more people in Tulsa to learn the challenges facing our children in North Tulsa, how YouthWorks empowers the children, and how you can support each child’s life through volunteering, offering your skills and resources, and giving financially to sponsor some amazing works.

Table Sponsors:
We ask people like you to sponsor a table of 10 for just $200 to cover the costs of the event so that when the night starts, 100% can go directly to ministry. Even if you cannot make it, you can sponsor a table to help others bring friends. If you would like to sponsor a table, please fill out the form below.

Event Sponsors:
Transformation Church has graciously stepped up to be the event’s Presenting Sponsor and has offered a challenge grant to help fund the 210 days of services provided to the children of North Tulsa through the YouthWorks Summer Dream Camp and After School Program. The challenge grant will be presented at the Round Up.

Companies, churches, families and others can be event sponsors to help support the event and the children’s life empowerment. The levels are as follows:

If you cannot come, but want to donate either one time or monthly, please give here.
Bring others!
Anyone can come to the event and anyone can host a table of 10. Hosting means bringing out as many people as you can to introduce them to the kids of North Tulsa and to learn how you can help transform each child’s life. Tell your friends, neighbors, family members and co-workers. If you have 10, bring out 10. If you have 20, get 2 tables. If you have a whole company, host as many tables as you would like. To register you and your guests, add your names their names with you register!
Serve on the Round Up team!
If you would like to serve on the team, please let us know. We can use help with the Round Up Team Duties: welcoming guests, giving YouthWorks Ranch tours, helping with parking, overseeing the petting zoo, serving the barbeque dinner, event set up, donations processing, youth zone, event take down and clean up, etc.

You and your guests will be treated to a super fun night and learn how you can help bless the kids of North Tulsa. You will also be able to bid on fun live auction items. A list of those items can be found here.

Tonight right in front of you, internationally renown artist Richard Hight is drawing his artwork live for the auction to bless North Tulsa kids. His paintings hang in over 60 universities and in many corporate and private collections around the world, and one can now hang in your home!

YouthWorks empowers the children and teens of North Tulsa to overcome life challenges and learn how to live out their life dreams. This happens over an amazing 210 days of annual programming including a 30-week after school program, 10-week Summer Dream Camp, and 3 school break camps (Fall, Christmas, Spring Break). Significant components of the camp including the YouthWorks Pizza Factory, YouthWorks Ranch, the new Trade Town initiative, and the Thunder Court basketball outreach built by the OKC Thunder NBA team for the YouthWorks kids.
